三铤耳挖钗。钗首作花蝶造型，中央花朵盛开，花以珍珠为蕊心、粉红碧玺为花瓣，再衬以绿玉为叶。花下蝴蝶一只，粉红碧玺为身，绿玉双翅平展。整体珠玉并呈，既富贵又华丽。
